Introduction:
Hi guys, after a short delay (I got bored of pasting lights...), I have finally done enough of Manhattan for it to be habitable! The streets are built, the bridges are finished, the plots are in places, prices are (mostly) set, the rules have been created, I created an actual welcome center (unlike Manhattan 2.0, the last version), and I pasted all the lights! The city is empty right now, save for the beacons, lights, and the welcome center, but I want you to help me by purchasing plots and building epic structures and homes!

Tower plots now have a definitive minimum for their heights. They must be at least 1.5x their longest side! So a 15x15 tower plot would have to be at least 23 blocks tall, a 20x20 tower plot would have to be at least 30 blocks tall, and so on and so forth. However, I'd much rather they be much taller than their minimums!
Rails, my statue, docks, a city council, the obligatory American flag, and external roads (as in roads leading to other cities) are forthcoming, don't worry. If the city expands I might add some sort of a subway system too
New things I want to add:
A bank that allows people to take out loans for buying plots in Manhattan. They are to be paid within a week (or more if an agreement is reached between me and the person asking for a loan) and will have interest (more info will be released when I build the bank).
An address system just like the one I made for SpawnCity. I already added most of the road signs for the Financial district but I have yet to put actual addresses and I still need to add the road signs for the other 3/4 of the city. Why? Because this allows people do communicate locations. Whether they're advertising their shop or asking for mail to be delivered to their house, addresses are a great asset to any city.
I'm hiring:
I'm not looking for actual city jobs as of right now (those will happen later) but I do need some people to fill up some jobs. As most of you know, next Thursday is July 4 which is independence day for the US! :DMy second favorite holiday right after Christmas :PAnyway, I need someone (or possibly multiple people) to take care of fireworks, a July 4 tradition stretching down all the way to the olden days of 1777. You will be in charge of handling the event in Manhattan. I can't talk about actual salaries since I'm not sure how much money I'll have by then but I will give a definitive number for the salary to the person (or people) helping out by July 1.
