If you are making a town with worledit, you must make the prices very high. Wikwoo was selling 21x16 plots for $100, which is ridiculously cheap and unfair to people who can't use worldedit. An example of good prices is:
$600 for a 10x15 plot, $1000 for a 20x15 plot, $ 2,000 for a 30x20 plot, and $4,000 for a 30x40 plot.
You could obviously make large discounts for potential residents who can use worldedit.
Even those prices above made Mage a little uncomfortable, so keep that in mind when you're creating a town with worldedit.
