I am not sure on the demotion, but I could agree with you on the temp-ban.

Final Decision by ME:
Alex - Tempban for 2 weeks and 4 days (2.5 weeks / 18 days)
.... - In Exchange for not getting demoted, tempban will be longer than normal suggestion of 2 weeks.
.... - Based on Harrasment towards other Players, Ignoring staff's order to stop said harrasment
Ryan - On thek's suggestion, you are to be temp-banned for a week.
.... - Based on Supporting said harrasment on other players, even if for a short while

If Alex is to be banned for another major issue, he will not be demoted. He will just be directly permanently banned. That is the exchange that you have given yourself right now in order to keep your rank. Just like k1lla that has been banned recently, you are on a very thin layer of ice. Please be wary of your future actions and think before you act.
