Staff poll: Unban ajji?

So recently, there has been some fierce discussion over the banning of ajji. If you would like to read the community feedback, here it is: https://zidocraft.forumotion.com/t638-dont-answer-the-poll-yet-read-the-topic-its-about-ajji#1865

This topic is to see what the staff thinks. So far 3 staff members have posted their opinions about the issue, and 2 others have acknowledged the problem, but haven't given their exact opinion yet. Here are the current results:

[1] Unban ajji
[2] Keep ajji banned
[2] not sure yet, but is aware of this problem

I will post both of our arguments soon. If you are a trainee mod+, please post your opinion here, and I will edit it in soon. Also, keep in mind that if Solar says anything, his vote counts for 100000, since he is the owner after all.

Sandy hasn't really given his opinion, and said while he wants him unbanned, he also knows that ajji was an ass, and he said that it's up to the other staff members.

Am I the only one who thinks this is REALLY offensive? I feel like this would use up his second chance, [edited this part out, I realized that whether it happens on the server or on the forum, it's still affecting our community]
3. The arguement that he was only doing this because he lost diamonds is irrelevant, a big rule is NO REVENGE GRIEFING. The right way to go about that was to post on the forum that he lost some diamonds, and some moderators or admins could have helped him.

On the other hand:
1. That was the only grief I ever found from him.

I know you'll probably hate me for life, but I'm not so sure if he should get unbanned just because of a 6-2 vote. At least 50% of the staff should vote on it. Also, I don't jump on bandwagons. Just saying.

So if you want my opinion:
no.

My argument here is that he shouldn't be unbanned because he griefed around 64 blocks, he was a real [censored for formality] to Heather, and that the fact that this was only revenge griefing is irrelevant.

The argument here is that the majority of the community that SAW the topic voted yes. This is a valid point. However, my counter argument is that 8 people (6 yes, 2 no) voting doesn't exactly represent the community's opinion.

How many times has said person been banned before?

If this is the first time, I am willing to probably give them a second chance.

If not, I will vote no to unbanning.

If hes had his second chance then My answer is no. I am very angry because of all that he said to Heather. But Showstar keeps telling that Ajji is very sorry and will never do such a thing again. At that moment I dont understand what to say and whether or not he should be unbanned. So I will go with what you all have to say. Thats my opinion. Thanks.
