Personally some things that I think they should get:
-Ability to rank people to member
-All mob disguises (maybe even disguising as players? idk)

Secondly, @Show, you can't even kill mobs in Vanish, so killing players in Vanish won't be a problem. Also, you most deffinetly won't need unlimited Vanish, for Reasons:
-It would be abused. (Highly)
-You don't have force tp. So Vanish is rendered useless to you.
Ranking to member, i see no use in anyone other than staff to have that, personally Customs having as much power as they do worries me.
A name simply put, could even be Loyal+, Devoted, maybe even Faithful. One i kind of like, could be Patriot. With that rank, maybe one could request the colour to be changed to their country colours?
Some of the perks suggested, would really be making them more powerful than a Mod, as Quark stated earlier. I don't think they should have much more over Loyal, but maybe some of what i described above would suit the rank?

1. 2 years does not exactly increase the chances of a member staying and deciding to donate if that is what you are thinking come on asking for donations from members who the majority are cracked
2. the commands are donator only and members will never need these commands or that much access neither is the time waiting for such a thing worth it
3. pointless work as the server isn't exactly filled with people who would be happy to wait for a 2 year rank not to mention most of them just get off for a few months then come back
4. again as i have stated before time does not exactly equal loyalty
5. what plugins would remain exclusive for donators which is the whole point of donations
6. it would make the need to donate obsolete since you can just wait for it

there could be a new rank for people who have been on server for more than 1 year, and what they get is the ability to rank members or something. But the people dont just get the rank, they have to apply for it on the forums. and the staff decide if they are trustworthy. Just an idea? :3
