Herobrine is banned for nothing? (UNBANNED)

1. My ign is Herobrine
2. I dont know reason for my ban.
3. The last thing I did was on the server, i was farming and then logged out
4. The last day I was on was yesterday

I have been really respective to this server and to players too,
i haven't broke any rules or done anything against rules.
I really want to be unbanned because i havent done anything :-/
Unban me?

Unbanned, because he should not have been banned in the first place. Showstar, read the rules yourself so you don't ban people for stupid things...

I am sorry for my fault. But the funniest thing is that i didnt even ban him! He refused to show me the rule where it says that, while he said there was a RULE that he could speak foreign langauges.
Why i thought he was banned:

He told me there was a RULE that you CAN speak foreign langauges
I kept telling him to show me that rule, and i requested him to type /spawn or accept my teleport request.
And he kept saying Wait,Wait,Wait,Can we do this later?
That's why i thought he was lying all the time, and i also thought this was the reason why he got banned. That's logical, right? I did read the rules. I read all of them like 4 times to check if his 'Rule' was also with them. Nothing.

And also, isn't this an English server? Since when do people speak foreign langauges? That is annoying to me. Since he can speak English and the people he was talking to also spoke English alot.
I did NOT ban him!

Well yes i though too there was Foreign language and i was busy at building my project, so but who banned me? I remember that i opened ''new'' minecraft tab and putted name Notch for joking people. But when i clicked Logout on Notch, it didnt logout.. I mean it was online even when i wasnt on it!
So if someone banned notch. It means that he banned me too whoever it was..
