If someone decides to apply for low mod BEFORE 1 week status, then they should be denied, and any more attempts to become a mod even after 1 week should be denied (unless of course he/she is a donator, that would be kind of like bail XD). If someone is too lazy to read rules, then why the hell should he/she become an ENFORCER of rules? Seriously. If you like this idea, vote yes, if you don't, vote no. This rule would stop non-rule abiding players from becoming a mod, helping to prevent mod abuse.

well, even if you do meet the requirements, we still wont always accept people as mods
and posting before your requirements are met will show us how well you know the server rules (thus making us not want to make them any other higher rank in the first place)
also, we already have enough mods for now
and if you have donated, we won't make you mod right away also, unless we know we can trust you (__Heather__)
everyone has an equal chance, it is their choice whether they ruin their chances or increase their chances
and posting before your requirements are met will show us how well you know the server rules (thus making us not want to make them any other higher rank in the first place)

Absolutely right. We have enough staff in my opinion, and we need to know we can actually trust people.
