he has a brother and (i think its natwatts) and he might have another brother or a friend that plays there a lot. if he doesn't have a friend that plays mc at his house a lot, idk why he would have too many acc's registered. The error is saying that too many accounts are registered on that IP address. I see your join date is within 2012 so you should not be creating a new account. We have not had this problem with pre-registered members, only with new unregistered players.
