There are three things that have issues in pvp world, the most important being that the spawn isn't protected. The next is that all the faction commands are unusable for whatever reason. And third: there is no end dimension in pvp! I would very much like to see all these fixed

Why would you like the end? Give some reasons, because i don't really see any valid reasons for us to open it at the moment. Who knows, your reasons may even change some of the staff's minds about the end. (i doubt that though, the end takes up additional RAM and we might not have enough RAM for it.)
