It is 6 months for veteran since the reset.
Steps to go to PvP:
If in survival, type /spawn and walk towards the city hall where on the left of the room will be a portal, walk through it and follow until you get to the spawn hub. Once there, enter the PvP portal.
Back to survival:
Type /spawn in PvP and find the staircase under the dome and enter the portal to the spawn hub.

i think it goes by how how much time u have been on the server and i haven't seen u around a lot . this could be the reason your not a higher rank . well the last time i saw u on the server u insulted me so i tended to ignore you .
