Yea, so i just updated to 1.5.2 and now i cant get on the server because it says its for 1.5.1.... can you guys fix it sometime soon. Spanks -Kailee

I believe the server will not be updating to 1.5.2 because of plugin updating. Please do the following to fix your jar:
•Find the 1.5.1 .jar file online
•download it
•Go into %appdata% then .minecraft then bin folder
•replace minecraft.jar file with the one you downloaded.
AND IT'S THAT EASY!

i have a cracked server, and my school blocked my access to my java.... and if i can how do i get to the 1.5.1 java or whatever... i'm stupid with computers.

Then open file (circle windows button in lower left), type in search bar "%appdata%" , click the folder it found called %appdata%, click the .minecraft folder, click the bin folder, then get the thing you downloaded and drag it into the bin folder, if something pops up click "copy and replace"

Clarification: The server will probably update to 1.5.2, just not now.

i downloaded it, it gave me minecraft.jar and then an error message showed up and said Check the Console for possible error messages The Java JAR file "minecarft.jar" could not be launched. Wtf?!?!???!?! UGH. RAGEEEEEEEEEEE D;

u double click the file you downloaded? If yes, Then that's the problem. follow the instructions below to learn what to do with it. If not and you didn't touch it and it gave the message....... I do not know.

I have a mac. and i went on the the media fire or what ever and it gave me a paper thing not a application. D;

Though if this problem does happen with you again, since you are on Mac, you want to go to the side bar in Finder, click where it says your name, then you want to look for a folder called Application Support. (to get there easier, you can probably just search for it.) Once you are in the Application Support folder, you will need to locate the minecraft folder. It is called minecraft. Should be near the middle of the list. Once in the minecraft folder, open another folder called bin. Then from there, click and drag the jar file you downloaded, into that bin folder and replace the old one.

(or farquor, he also knows what hes talking about.) btw farquor you dont need to replace the minecraft.jar folder, simply rename it to something like 1.5.2.jar (so you know its for 1.5.2) and then when u wanna go on a 1.5.2 server, just change them around.

Some Macs don't allow you to right click (hold shift+click if you have that "mouse") and click Rename, sometimes you right click, go to properties, and then the little bar close to the bottom of the window is where you change the name.
PS: Also Kailee, your dog in your picture looks COMPLETELY un-impressed to be in the picture xD
