Banning him has no use, he has a IpChanger, which camoflauges his real ip making him Invalnerable to being banned, However, everytime drome has made a new account, he has msg'd me his new ign. I've known Rushnett was Dromedary for like 1month.

I believe you can ban him. His external IP changes daily, I get that; It happens to me aswell. But the internal one, the one he uses to connect to ported servers like minecraft ones and the internet, doesn't change. The changing IP is only the external one, which is the one people would use to connect to HIM, say he ran a server on his computer; He'd need to keep changing the IP because his External IP is changing, not his internal one

One last thing:
Obviously you can ban dynamic ips -_-
Do you think the world is stupid to create the dynamic ip system? xD If the make something, they have to think about and deal with all possible senarios.
Anyways if you guys really do want to ban him forever, I can tell you how.
