Since he was x-raying, I don't trust any of those items to be legit. Apparently got banned and won't be unbanned on that account.
Who knows if the account inherting these items is another one of his accounts, so I recommend just confiscating those items.

No one but me and 44bottles can lock this part of the forums. We are the only ones that can moderate it.
It is this way because there have been situations in the past were staff were being reported but the reports could be tampered by the staff being reported. To ensure tampering does not happen, only people with red names can moderate certain parts of the forum.
