this is for the member side of zido
ok this is just going on for too long can we do something about play coming on the forums to make a useless post every couple of days doesn't count as active if she can only come on the server for 20 seconds saying something useless then leaving for another week just demote her if play wants to keep her power then she must start coming on the server and helping the zido community instead of just stalking the forums

we have 10+ usually in the afternoons you would know this if you would get on more

this is a mostly american server so there wont be many players on then again if we don't need staff in the timezone move on to another timezone

We honestly need more people moderating in the European timezone so I think it's good that play plays (lol) at that time.

We are doing the following compromise unless Gen, Play, or 44 have an objection:

Here's how it will work:
1. Play will do her best to become "more active and helpful"
2. In 2 weeks, we will have 2 referendums in the staff section and the feedback section with the following questions and options:

The poll will run for 1 week. If both polls have a majority that say no, then Play will be demoted. If both polls have a majority or plurality that say yes, then Play will keep her rank. If one poll has a majority that say no but the other doesn't, the owner or acting owner will decide if she keeps her rank or not.

I think this should be decided by Mage or 44...cause Simon and most staff want me to be demoted...helpful or not..

Well that's why I am allowing the community to give their input too so we can see what they think. The majority of the staff is often at odds with the community so it'll probably get decided by Mage or 44 in the end anyway Razz

Btw, if 3/4 of staff say demote then mage can't stop them. You can't just push them and their opinions out.
