1. When was the last day you were on? No clue
2. What was the last thing you did? Logged off
3. What was your last location on the server? My house
4. Where you destroying an "abandoned" location? It probably wasn't abandoned no?

I don't understand why I was banned I said "f*** this server" because I was really mad I got demoted from Architect to Loyal. Wouldn't you be mad too? Anyways I really like this server. I bought Minecraft and could of left, but I stayed because I got to know people so well. Anyways I really need this server so I can play with my friend because he doesn't have Minecraft. All other cracked servers are shit and boring.

Please as I beg, reconsider banning me.
There was nothing that I did. You guys gave me another chance. And of course like an idiot I am I f*** completely blew it.
I would really like to play with my friend with familiar people and now that I am loyal, he can finally live with me.

Unbanned in 72 hours if no one objects,
If you're going to deny him i'd say no to you because it was
over something very small.

I was pretty sure you said a lot more than that. And i also recall you were perm-banned due to you already being banned in the passed. Though i cannot identify any proof, continue un-ban until i can find something.

I think he should be unbanned, If im not mistaking, He was banned for expressing something no? saying f*** this server IS NOT Against the rules and ain't it against the Bill of rights or whatever?.. Contine with Unbanned in 72 Hours.

The Bill of Rights allows for players to express their opinions in a polite manner. "f*** this server" is not polite. In addition, there is a rule at spawn saying "no cursing" but it is not heavily enforced and is only enforced when the usage of vulgar language is seen as offensive to others. This outburst is certainly offensive. However, I do believe that he should be unbanned because this is such a small offense. What I meant in my post where we wouldn't give him anymore chances is that if he breaks a major rule like "No harassing other players" or "no griefing."

Bottom line: I second the motion to unban him in 72 hours, but not for the same reasons as Play.

Earlier ruling was from thek mentioning for him to never be unbanned after being unbanned in the last case.
thek himself has overruled himself, so he is allowed to be unbanned.
Unless staff feel otherwise, you may resume with unbanning him in 72 hours.

As for your rank, it could have been a glitch that demoted you. I could have done a mistake which led to you getting demoted. There are some other reasons that could have led to your demotion. (inactivity?)

Anyways, I will need to know if there was someone that intentionally or accidentally demoted him to Loyal to speak up. Or any reason that he was demoted to be stated. (I need to get better memory for myself :/ ) Otherwise, I would be returning him to previous rank when unbanned.
