Some questions. What is this update?
Does it really need me to update the entire server? What does it bring to Minecraft?
Since it is a 1.4.6 update, won't the server currently work with it right now as a 1.4 server?

it wont work for whatever reason, but it has added enchanted books, fireworks, fireworkstars, new enchantments, and a bunch of bug fixes

And you have to reset map or else the new items won't appear in game, That's what i heard.

That only happens if the items are only found naturally. Even if they are, you can still go to unloaded chunks and find them or you can just sell them in admin shops.

Survival map looks fine so far. I haven't checked PVP, but wilderness should be ok.
I will not be resetting the map, since it sounds like there aren't many changes.
I will try to update as soon as possible though.
Just need to wait for Bukkit to update...
Then I need to wait for the Plugins to update...
Then I need to wait for me to update...
