No one can do any commands and after the server crashed, nothing is loading. I can't log in (but I can apparently speak even though I'm not logged in). The server is stopped right now (I tried stopping than starting to see if it would work, it didn't). Mage or 44, can you see what happened/fix it? :/

Ah, the great wonders of what happens when bukkit doesn't think they need to update for bug fixes! 
Probably another slip in a configure or some plugin is bashing with another and fighting to the death.

I blame Citizens, CNCP, and NoCheatPlus.
Why these three plugins? NoCheatPlus doesn't see an NPC as a real person and wonders why an object is moving on its own. Citizens wants the NPC to do something, but NoCheatPlus is stopping it from doing it. CNCP is Compatible NoCheatPlus. This plugin is suppose to stop Citizens and NoCheatPlus from fighting, but it didn't work...
Updated the three plugins, but I will ask that no one create an NPC until I look at the configurations.
