Well, it seems that Jebby doesn't know that he isnt supposed to live with Loyal rank or below when he is a donator. This is the 2nd time i've found him living with a member, and I took some screenshots of his house with Beep? living in it with him. Here they are:

VIP+'s building or destroying blocks for people who can't spawn items is (as far as I understand) limited to only towns (who's plots must be very expensive).

Mage has stated that donators can not live with non donators. It's possible jebby didn't know this, and I think some lenience should be given.

okay, so I also (if I ever donate) would have made the same mistake. I did not see that statement. I agree with you about lenience if Jebby didn't know.
