5 times now, BOTH my accounts have been caught in the the glitch, and im a little mad. but i got out of one.i got Blade to repeatedly accept numorous amounts of tp request, and made a bunch me, and....drowned them. It seemed to fix it. But My Farquor account character will not die because it has been kicked, banned and is in afk... wtf is causeing this?

I am not sure exactly what it is myself.
I have never been able to figure out how to completely fix it, it just happens every now and then.
Only solution we had so far was restarting the server.
