I can promote it right now if you want.
Ranks should move over to 1.3 from 1.2 files.
Only time I reset ranks is when Auth-Me (/login plugin) goes crazy on me. (Also when I accidentally erase everyone's rank and use an old backup to put your ranks back after everyone has to pm me to confirm that they have registered onto their account)

If you do want me to rank PokemonB02 to Moderator, SilverRush27 will be demoted.
Also, please make sure you have access to PokemonB02 before I promote it.
