    Heather recently quitted the server after being asked to be demoted and she left becuase the mods didnt ban a griefer but finally after bickering back and forth Heather left and right after she left bloofreeze was banned so this is to let you guys know Heather will not be on the server anymore =[

    I already IP banned bloofreeze yesterday for griefing lots of blocks so what's the problem? Sad

    heather, by title, there is a lot of staff

    but i think some are not really doing their job as mods

    some of our moderators are just acting as if they were donator rank instead of moderator rank

    as for the lowmods we have, i also think we have too many

    we should set a limit of how many mods and lowmods we will have depending on our player size limit

    3 mods, 5 lowmods
    and every time we upgrade our size limit, we get 1 more mod, and 2 more lowmods
    does that sound reasonable?

    I'd still say that's too many LowMods. 2 Mods, 3 LowMods, and 2 Operators. That's all that will sound good to me.. Of course I'd only want the staff that I've actually seen doing their jobs right to be those chosen ones.. And I wouldn't want any more than that unless we were playing at least 100 players at once.

    I would have to agree with Unknown's suggestion but also withe heather we have players on the server that are "mods" but don't help they just want to spawn stuff and fly. For example XxNr... he donated like 3 days ago and i logged on the next day after he donated and he was moderator. Yet he doesn't respond when people talk about griefs and things of that nature he is more concerned about his house and how it looks.

    It's just plain and simple. If you want me to be Moderator again, so I can help out like I used to, just fix the staff. It's that simple. If you don't mine me being gone, (or just want me gone) you can leave the staff how it is.
