Reasons:
Well, first of all I have been playing on Zidocraft since around November and I have gotten a lot of attention around the server (So to say I have become a popular player like PZH and Quark) I actually own my own server (CoOwned by General) and I am a mod on 2 different servers and an Admin on 1 server.(I am not distributing IP's or server names which is punishable by Ban) I feel as if I know how Zido works now. I know the rules, How to deal with "Troubled" Newbies, How to help people with personal problems and In Game problems. I am a forgiving player (If I do say so my self ) when it comes to conflicts that concern me and/or the targeted player. I understand players opinions on how they feel about a certain topic and do not "Down" them when other's are Criticizing their work and/or thoughts about Anything. I know how to work a forum page, moderate it and protect it.
I am a very humorous guy and dont take Insults too seriously (Unless the person insulting me has emotion in his/her words)

Additional Info: I was born in Britain and raised in Chicago for 7 years. I am an experienced Minecraft player But one of the downsides to my abilities are Plugin Permission. I am absolutely Horrible at them. Get General's Word for it xD. I literally check this forum Everyday When im out waiting for my School bus through my Mobile devices (Droid phone and KindleFire)

That is why we get paid (from donations). It is so we get all the stress and time wasted working with configuration files while people get to have fun on the servers, which I don't really mind doing as it is a little fun.
