Well ziod has a lot of members. We cant have every single one riding on dragons, now can we? 
And if its just staff still it wont make sense.. i to install a huge plugin for just 9 to 10 people.
Fish people..well that we could install.
Mob Rider.. not so sure about that.

DragonTravel - I have seen a type of plugin like this (Might be the same one). It allows people to travel from warp to warp by paying (iConomy) while on an Enderdragon. I am thinking about it.
FishPeople - Might be interesting and add an use to Gold Stuff.
MobRider - Not sure about this one, I will look into it.

I love the fishpeople plugin ! it would be cool if we build lots of houses underwater and as mage said will add some use to gold stuff!
