Don't roll griefers back?

So I found a few minor griefs by tiffers22:

So I asked drag0n if I should roll back or ban and he said no because "it isn't necessary". I asked him why and he didn't respond. Then like 3 people screamed at me "DON'T ROLLBACK!" so I asked them why, and they said that they don't want to lose their buildings. Then I explained to them that as long as tiffers22 didn't build with them, they wouldn't be affected. So they said something along the lines of "oh." Then I asked drag0n again if I could rollback and he still said it isn't necessary. When I asked him why again he said, "THEK JUST STFU" and I ended the topic there since I was apparently annoying everyone with all my questions. So I want to know, should I roll griefs back? Or just leave them be? I assume if it's an entire building then I should roll back, but what if it's 4 or 5 or 6 blocks? Idk what the protocol for this server is for griefs, I just remember minecraftia was 3+ blocks=roll back and ban (according to Dino_Crackers, before she got banned for breaking up with srh). Obviously, this is a different server though, so I want to hear the rules for griefs from an op

if they are minor griefs, just fix them manually

if you see that it is a big grief, rollback the destroyed blocks of the person and ban the player

If a measly 5 or 6 blocks you can just fix them yourself. That's what I do anyways. If it's like 15+ I'd rollback.

The thing is, I rarely have enough materials to manually fix them. .
