world edit isnt world guard i removed worldgaurd for them because i dont want them selecting spawn points and griefing

No, I didn't. When I rolled back the grief, I needed to do a large player-area rollback, meaning much of your stuff was nearby was lost. This is something that happens when you do something you aren't supposed to. You griefed quite a bit, be happy you are being unbanned. In other words, no you will not be getting the rolled back items back.
