Re: Version 1.0
We need Bukkit (the thing that has all the good plugins for the server) to update before we can update the server. Sorry :O

It might take a while. We don't know when it'll be updated until Bukkit releases it.

Re: Version 1.0
Google "minecraft 1.8.1 jar" and try and find a working download.
Once you get the jar file for 1.8.1, follow these directions:
For windows 7 or vista:
Go to start (button in the bottom left corner of the screen)
In the search bar, type %appdata%
Click on Roaming
Go to .minecraft
Go to Bin
Delete the executable jar file which will be named "minecraft" or "minecraft.jar"
Drag the 1.8.1 jar file you downloaded in to the folder.
Run Minecraft to make sure it worked properly.
For Windows XP:
Go to start (green button named "start" in bottom left corner of your screen)
Click on "Run"
In the search bar, type %appdata%
Click on Roaming
Go to .minecraft
Go to Bin
Delete the executable jar file which will be named "minecraft" or "minecraft.jar"
Drag the 1.8.1 jar file you downloaded in to the folder.
Run Minecraft to make sure it worked properly.
If you are using Mac or Linux, then i don't know what to do. Sorry.
