    I noticed every low mod or higher never gives us a say, such as caps they literally kick you straight away if you forget to turn of caps lock, If you done something wrong you have no say to defend your self.

    Why aren't we aloud to criticise the staff on the harsh decisions for a stupid reason.
    Why are low mod's even able to ban????? Bit over powering if there new to staff.

    Most staff give 1 warning for something like caps, then they kick for repeat offenses. Why do you think kicking is so harsh? You can come back right away, it's not like a temp. ban or anything. Why are we able to ban? Because there aren't enough moderators/admins so griefers will run rampant until one of them comes online. Not sure if you know this or not, but moderator is reserved for donators, and not enough people have donated which means lots of lowmods and only a few moderators. Also, most lowmods aren't a new staff member, and according to the forum, we're supposed to qualify for moderator, but we can't since it's now a donator only thing, which is good, because we do need donations.

    This what happens, either shift gets stuck or caps on I type and enter then I type somthing after saying ops didn't mean to do that then he still kicks when it was a accident

    Only time I used caps on purpose was shouting READ THE SIGNS THEN SIGNUP TO ZIDOCRAFT AND APPLY FOR MEMBER and that was when domi done it too

    U did it a few times before. I remember
    And i sometimes type ZIDOCRAFT.FORUMOTION.COM so that people can read it
    I dont go like REGISTER AND MAKE AN APPLICATION IN ZIDORCRAFT.FORUMOTION.COM.
    +I kicked myself for that?

    Don't you read it right, I said That was only time I done on purpose but when I do caps when talking to someone obvously it wasn't ment as I do I@M at times. Use your brain and think if he done it on purpose or not.

    Ahem. Why ban? Cause we help so many people with their griefs and the griefers have to be banned. Mods can not always be on. I never kick just for caps. A warning will always be given. If you do it too much then you deserve a kick.
