btw, my opinion is basically the same as Heather and Doki (which is pretty ironic considering I was part of the people who got staff positions after the moderators were saying they had too much staff. Oh well lol...)

You basically insulted all moderators when you said all the bad moderators are moderators and people who would make good moderators can't get in because the moderator list is so full.

Anyway, I understand that you didn't mean all moderators when you said "all moderators," you just mean that there are a lot of bad staff (at least that's what I'm hoping you meant). Make sure you read your posts before sending them in though, because just a little bad wording can get a huge community backlash.
