I tried to log in, but it says there are too many accounts on the ip. I only use one character, so I don't know what's wrong. I've logged in before, so I don't know what's happening. Please try to fix.

My brother plays on this IP but it's only him and I. There was also some times where my friends played, so all in total it's 4-5 people.

Ah, that makes sense then. Limit was set for 3 people. I'll need the names (on the server) of the people that played with you.
That way, I can flush their names from your IP.
Don't worry, it only removes them from your IP. Their accounts are always accessible from anywhere afterwards. Of course, this won't prevent them from coming on the server from your IP. If they use your IP again, this same thing will happen.

Admins should be able to do this, but not sure if they know how to xD
