I was making a town with sboy11 and I was breaking sand with diamond shovel but then it keeps saying "Block Breaking Out of Sync!" and I keep relogging but it doesn't work. Help please. General tried to help me (THANKS) but couldn't get it to work

can you post a picture i believe the screenshot command is f2 then get the screenshot from your .minecraft folder and upload it to a place like photobucket then copy the image url and paste it here so we can get a good look
