Ok so I was on zido yesterday and I was promoted to loyal.So then couriously I did /help to see my commands I had /fly and so today I got on flew around went through a random portal started fly again, then went afk and I come back to see ive been permanently banned. (im not sure but I think the portal was factions) But yea if the portal was factions then how was I able to fly, and secondly why give me fly in the first place?

Oh and 1. A right for the banned to know why they were banned. If they aren't given a reason (assuming they asked for one and didn't just say "I didn't do anything!") within 48-72 hours, they must be unbanned and if no reason is ever given, the ban will not count against them in our 2 strike system (it will count if a reason is eventually given).

But he was never informed of the new factions rules, it's not even in the /rules list.. How would he know he wasn't suppose to fly in the pvp world -_-.

There's a sign that I put in the PVP world spawn specifically saying "No flying in combat!" (unless someone removed it but there is no purpose in removing it...) If he doesn't read the rules at the PVP spawn then that's his problem, not ours.

Why is this locked? Also, i was told by simon to ban him. You will have to ask him the real reason, that is the only reason i was given.

I was told by simon was because he used up his chances, but we decided to unban him last time because we unbanned doki even though he did far worse (a policy we have abandoned but this was before we voted to abandon the policy). I'm giving him 48 hours to respond. If by then there's no response, he must be unbanned.

Ya go ahead and unban him in 24 hours actually. You can't overrule the staff's previous decision on someone's ban without having a proper staff vote on the issue first.
