A propose a Special round of staff apps, but not for members, only for staff. All the staff should make a app saying why they should be staff and such, then us the members and donaters vote on 1 staff to be demoted to their respective rank. This will help thin out the amount of staff that we have.

I Would Say Demote ARCHMAG3 if anyone (i have nothing against her) but i dont see her that much at all.. for about 4 months i never saw her log in once.. again i have nothing against her and i am not suggesting to demote her but if anyone i reckon it should be her.
