first idea: Letting loyals (at least trusted loyals xD) to vote for staff as just letting staff is kinda less democratic (since zido is SO DEMOCRATIC *sarcasm*

Second idea: Letting loyals rank guests to members, this helps proofs loyals are actually useful, and people dont quit from waiting

i Disagree for we have enough peoplen online that can rank, my timezone basically no-one is online to rank people if they join

Trusted Loyal who could rank Guest -> Member.
What if there was a glitch/bug that allowed Loyals to rank others? Loyal rank Elite+ person = Oh hall NEIN.

Poke thats where the word trusted comes into place. (Trusted) Loyals wouldnt abuse he glitch or exploit it they would just report the glitch to mage or bottles

Having a couple would make others jelly and force us to revoke their rights OR give them the right also.
I say it is fine as it is because simon is in your timezone, if he isnt online then run to his house and bang on the door
and ask him to get online
