When i try to register in the game, it says i have an account activated already. Does anyone know why it would say this?

Someone may have already registered using your current IP address. Have you made any other accounts or do you have any siblings who go on this server?

i am at my friends house who plays on the server... i am not sure why it only allows for one person to register on the ip address.

yes we are on the same ip he usually stays here on weekend so maybe he can create one at home first if there cant be nothing done about it

it's so banned players don't try to make another account and cause us more grief.
