When I typed in /lb tb, used /hat with the bedrock, used /lb tb again and repeated the thingy, and when I typed in /lb tb Off, only 1 was removed from them and I was able to place the other ones... O.O

um, i dont think members are aloud building with lb tb off mage should remove that /lb tb off for members but if you place bedrock out of no where for now it will count as griefing

It isn't a glitch itself, so I can't do much for it.
I will look into disabling the placing of blocks though.
Also, Members won't be able to do this as they need the /hat command. The /hat command is just an Elite and above thing also, so I am not concerned about this as much.
