More than 4 costly blocks is a Ban. Not even perm. They can get a second chance.

I was told a while ago that if you grief 1 valuable block (by solar), you get banned. Because Mage has not informed me of a change to that policy, I must assume that we still ban people for 1 valuable block griefs. When I say perm banned, I mean they get /ban or /dynban or /banip . I don't mean they can't get a second chance.
