Answering some questions for the Update.

I have to go for now (sleeping). Which is why I have decided to update how some new plugins will work for the 1.3 world, instead of replying to each thread about it. I hope this can satisfy some of you on how much work needs to be done for all the new stuff.

He asked if the server will be pvp, not when the server updates.
Anyways, when the server updates for 1.3, we will have a Multiverse plugin.
This means we will have multiple worlds going. If it affects the server and it starts to lag a bit because of the extra world, I will simply just get more RAM for us.
Anyways, back to the pvp.
Yes, the server will be part pvp, but it will still be part survival.
On one world, we will try and have the Towny plugin with the survival aspect in Minecraft.
On another world, we will have PVP with Factions and some other plugins.
I will also have an extra rank called Loyal.
This rank will have the ability to use MobDisguise, but with limiting factors. These factors are limited because I still want donators to have an upper hand and a reason to donate to gain the special commands. Loyal ranked people will be able to disguise as the following: pig, sheep (can't choose a color :p ), cow, and chicken (spy chicken?). If they are hit in PVP, they will return to their normal forms. If they enter an enemy faction, they will turn back to normal. After a certain amount of time, they will turn back to normal.
As for a final answer, YES we will have PVP in the 1.3 server.
Don't worry, we will also still have Survival.
One more thing about the PVP world, I won't have that much of an economy in it. (I don't want people to buy diamonds so quickly, as the Economy is more of the Survival world than the PVP)
I also hope to see all the maps you guys have ready for me. Although, I appreciate some screenshots to go with the map download.

whoah whoah whoah. They're allowed to just use mob disguise in the PVP world???? Unless there's a way to make it so they can't use tools and blocks while disguised in PVP, I think the commands should be disabled in that world. If you want to let people use md in pvp, make it like the spy in tf2 where they can't kill people without undsguising.
