Unfortunately, I don't have a map ready for the 1.3.
I also remembered that we will need 2 maps.
One map includes the main spawn and is for the Survival.
The other map is for the Factions World's spawn.
Anyone interested in doing one of these.
If you have made one because of another post, can you reply with the link on this thread?
I will be doing one also, but I rather see what other people can come up with.
If you do share the world, do you mind having a Schematic also?
Main World:

-Portal Room for Factions, Nether, and End
-Place to put signs
-Area for Warps room (you can right click signs to take you to a warp)
-Area for Admin Shops
-*Optional* Large area around spawn to make a VIP+ only city
-*Optional* Room for Arenas (Mob Arena, Spleef Arena, etc.)
Factions:

- -Spawn area (this is a no-pvp zone)
-Only 1 portal to go back to Survival

Side Note:
Sky Block won't be in the 1.3, as the plugin I was going to use is outdated and discontinued.
