The player that doesn't disappear after logging out is a glitch with AuthMe and the Vanish problem happens every now and then.
The solution is just to restart the server.

I wasn't using vanish and it happened when lag caused by accidentally travelling to the end caused me to log out.
I am going to remove the end portal at spawn. It is unnecessary since gen has the whole end as an arena.
