Weird rule
My friend goat57? was jailed because he broke down an abandoned house. To me this is a stupid rule because if a house is abandoned and it hasn't been used in awhile then what's wrong with destroying it? Also it's funny to me that he is new to the server, did not commit a serious offence, and this rule is not clear in any way. I just found out about the rule today by Ryan. So i hope that you consider either un-jailing him or removing this rule because to me it seems pointless. (P.S.) Ryan had said that he wouldn't be un-jailed for a long time. Why is this? It was a very minor thing to do.

Re: Weird rule
This rule is based off of people saying they destroyed the house thinking it was "abandoned".
That (among many other things) is an excuse I do not find acceptable.
Therefore, if you destroy a house that is not yours, it is still griefing.
You will need to ask a staff member before taking down a house you think is abandoned.
Otherwise, you will risk getting banned.
The rule isn't that you can't destroy houses that you think are abandoned. The rule IS that you have to ASK FOR PERMISSION from staff.
Doesn't matter if it is abandoned or not, it will be considered griefing as long as it isn't yours.
Your friend can post a ban appeal, unless he has already used up his second chance.

The rule is that you can't destroy an abandoned (or any player-made structure for that matter) without prior permission from a staff member. He must make a ban appeal before he is unjailed. Also, I thought I asked Unknown to use the console to ban goat57? (because we can't ban people with "?"). I guess he forgot about it lol.

Sorry about that thek :3
Anyways, since the question mark can't be banned normally, I will ban their IP for now.

Re: Weird rule
Couldn't have been abandoned if your friend got banned. Someone had to tell a mod about it! xD

Re: Weird rule
I think these things are a little obvious, Or something I like to call COMMON SENSE. I said he wont be "un-jailed" for a long time because I believe he's already been banned before and hasnt made some sort of appeal.

Please stop trying to be a moderator. It is currently abandoned since Chris, the owner of the house, has already been banned. However, the rules explicitly state that no one (besides staff members) can destroy abandoned houses. In addition, Chris could make a ban appeal and come back to find his house missing, so it isn't necessarily completely abandoned.
Anyway, if he doesn't make a ban appeal he won't be unbanned (or unjailed if mage still hasn't banned him)

Yes, to simulate being banned, since I can't ban him.

Umm, he is just stating his opinion.
My opinion is that "bitch to yourself" was kind of uncalled for.
I understand you can consider "you moderating" can count as "your opinion", but you can let the staff do their jobs for now. After all, that is why they became staff, to take on extra responsibilities to let regular members just enjoy their time even more.
