You were griefing obsidian for some reason. You screwed up zZThat_GuyXx's obsidian generator and you took the corners off of an nether portal?
I don't know why, since you can spawn items...

Also, if you do not remember doing this stuff, change your pass or do not let your siblings/friends get on if you go to the bathroom or something.
