Banned for no reason

So it happened again I got banned for no reason. I still think its my ip that is glitched because when ever I try to use my real ip I get banned so I am forced to use a ip changer (expatshield which gives me a random UK ip adress) The mods know I use this ip changer since I have told them other times in my other ban appeals from my glitched ip adress. So can I get unbanned? My ip is still glitched and its not letting me play on my real ip and it is getting annoying since sometimes steam does not connect because I have using this UK ip adress. Sometimes the ip changer does not work correctly and it gets me banned. (This happens once every few days and it is getting annoying)

Other times I been banned cause of ip glitch.
