Dude, what made you think you should post this under "Player report" XD See how below near the bottom of the page that there is a contact button? Direct your questions there. Anyway, go under applications and then under member applications, post a new topic with your In game name and why you want to become a builder.

ok i didnt know at first but when you login go to home it says applications
at the top click it then click member then it the top right corner is says post new topic just put i want to be builder then name in post title then type in a message and click send then some one will make you a builder
