Not sure why i was banned?

Hi my IGN is deadlynuke487, I was last on yesterday January 10th, 2012, I tried to log on but it said "the ban hammer has spoken" so I was obviously banned. I remember someone saying i was either banned or helped but he wasnt sure. It was ~Intoxication. I destroyed a PRE-GRIEFED diamond block house and a mod found out and he said he was OKAY with it. So I'm not sure why i was banned. So notify me with what I did and if you can, please unban me.
