Someone had apparently blocked the nether portal exit (destination: Nether) with bedrock, so people couldn't get any nether supplies. I forget who, because he had a nick, but an architecture recently got rid of that bedrock and you can now use it and get nether supplies. So now, you can finally stop complaining about not being able to get nether warts!
