IMPORTANT! Delete our world or don't delete it?!

Today, I was informed that once we get the new host and update to 1.0, we will get a new world. This is heart breaking, considering the hours (maybe even days) I spent making my buildings. It's made even worse by the fact that we have a magnificent world seed and EPIC structures, buildings, and towns! To see this all be erased would be heart breaking. We just got a new world last month, and to get another map so soon is not a good idea. If we erase the map every month, people will likely leave the server, and any chance of them donating would have left.

Pros of keeping the world:
All of our buildings, towns, and structures stays
We get to keep the epic world seed
People will actually be motivated to keep building
Our current money balance stays
Our inventories stay.

Cons of keeping the world:
You will actually need to move (DUN DUN DUN) in order to mine for ores.
You will actually need to walk (OH NO!) to find a spot to build your house/base of operations.
(in case you didn't notice, I'm mocking people who are too lazy to do anything more than 30 seconds away from the spawn's world guard boundary)

Pros of deleting the world:
You can be lazy and find diamonds right under the spawn.
You can build right next to spawn.

Cons of deleting out world:
We lose our towns, buildings, and structures
We get a map which will probably have a world seed that isn't nearly as good as the current seed
Our money is reset
Many people will leave the server
Our inventories are reset.

I voted no, for the reasons above.

i voted delete,

cuz its not good to put it in 1.0.1 + we get a new host + i need to world edit this world with the new world so
important things i gonna replace to new world

depending on how much the server will lag, we might be able to setup another world for 1.0 and another world for our current one

Well i would say no, but i'm guessing their going to delete the world anyway. But i was thinking if they have the new host, why can't they just save the world and when the new host comes just take that world and put it back, why not?

Old map has alot of spawned items
- 85% of the diamonds were probs spawned
- diamonds iron gold is worthless
- lots of problems
- like half of the members live in town with flat land which isnt good
- i want them to flatten the land by themselves
- some of the mods/architect made big buildings for no reason
- and messing up the seed/mountains

Yeah we should delete it. I've made trinsic and tree! and my new thing but it dont matter none. Recreate the map please.

1.) I only find old abandoned mines, not so abandoned anymore.
2.) I NEVER find diamonds.
3.) I have SOOO many items i don't need, Plus i want a fresh start
4.) I like to be more adventurous, Having a house is fun, But moving up once in a while is even more fun since you can explore more caves and stuff, and if we get a new world we will most likely find new caves and such.

I totally say yes.

I would rather keep this seed because, yeah sure hardly any diamonds, but you can just buy them. I mean I just joined and found 5 diamonds in my shaft! Also people will lose their AMAZING buildings...

But what about players who got diamonds and made stuff in this server?
I guess they will be pissed off if world resets, im doing huge project too and i really dont want world to be reseted..

GUYS, this was about the new world we just got for the new server IP. We got the new world, no more voting will change anything. A new poll will be made next time another world is being considered next month/whenever.
