Warp: /warp NYSE
Ever needed money to get something kickstarted like a town or a business but couldn't because you didn't have enough money at that moment? Just want more money? Then come to the New York Stock Exchange!
Rules and more specifics are listed in the signs at the warp itself but I'll give you the basics: Say Player A wants to start a business in a shop plot in Manhattan. However, he only has $200 and a shop plot costs $300 in Manhattan. Therefore, he goes to the NYSE and advertises himself as a stock for sale. Player B, interested in this advertisement, talks to Player A about what he's planning on doing with his business. Player B is convinced that Player A has a great profitable idea, and she buys a 50% share of his account balance, meaning she pays Player A $100 (since 50% of $200 is $100). Player A makes the shop and with some suggestions from Player B, he eventually makes an amazing $2000! At this point, Player B decides to sell back her 50% share and has Player A pay her $1000 (since 50% of his new $2000 account balance is $1000). This means Player B made a $800 profit!
However, be aware that not all investments are going to be profitable! For instance, if someone is going to use your money to build a shop that sells dirt at a price higher than at the adminshop, said person will almost certainly lose a LOT of money (because he won't be able to make back the $ he spent on the shop originally). So if you took out a 10% share of his original 100 and he now only has $10, selling your share back will only get you $1, for a net loss of $9.
