After you click host image, click "Browse" next to File.
Then find your image that you want to upload.
Usually found under Application Data in the .minecraft\screenshots folder.

Go to Start Menu.
Click Run (XP/8 ) or search bar (7) and type %appdata% (Include % symbols)
Go to the .minecraft folder (Sometimes have to go into Roaming folder before seeing .minecraft at the top)
Go to screenshots folder (Should see all screenshots in there)
or
Go to a folder to look for the file.
Click on My Computer (or Computer)
Click on the C: Drive (sometimes labeled OS)
Click on Users
Click on your username (Usually your own name)
Click on AppData (8 ) or Application Data (XP)
Click on Roaming (8 ) or .minecraft folder if you see it
Go to screenshots folder (Should see the screenshots there)
Then find your image that you want to upload.
