i was unbanned and then i couldnt get on because it said "too many users on this i.p" and i dont know what that means and also my brother was on at his friends house and now it says "the ban hammer has spoken" and i was unbanned...

Try logging on when you can. I'm not sure if what i have done fixed the problem or not, but it is worth a shot.
