Umm far get your facts right...

I was not hitting in pickles girlfriend, nor did I have any intentions too. They were talking to each other like " hey babe can u move for me?" or " thanks hun" and it was really making he laugh because u dot really see tht in games. I thought it would be fun to talk like tht, so I did, I say babe to everyone not just darkangle(the gf) I said babe to far, I said babe to pickle, I said babe to whoever was on the server . I was. Just messing around, then pickles like "that's it im gettin my ip tracker out" and I said "you don't really have one" then far and dark both said "yeah he does". Then he continued to ramble on saying that he would keep searching for me and he's was going to kill me. Then he asked far what kind of gun to use. "the 30 od 6, or the 308?" far said the "30 od 6" but then pickle said " nah I think I'll go with the 308". That is the truth far...get your facts right. I did nothin but mess around by saying babe. Pickle took it way to far bye threatening the life of me. Real or fake, that is unacceptible

All my facts are in correct position. Yours on the other hand are the complete opposite of what happened. You leave out the fact that we continuly ask you to stop, in which you do not. No other staff posted, therefore no other staff are there to overrule, i will unlock the topic, but i cannot be proven wrong, because i am not wrong in this situation. You are in the wrong here. Not intence or me. You started something and tried to finish it by getting someone banned for it.

To see if u guys could stop the guy from hacking or killing me. He didn't need to be banned. PZH solved it when he talked to him. U needed to take no further actions.

We were not planning to. You seemed to want him banned and got your wish. He had NO intentions of hacking OR even killing you. You should understand that when you start saying shit like that, you will cause them to say things they dont mean. If this discussion is no longer needed to be continued, post that it can be locked.

Sorry but not sorry to bring this up, but i question the ban. Show was being very rude, contining to kill intence's gf babe, and intence himself, after intence continued to plead him to stop. Alright, so unless there are any further objections, neither side will receive further punishment. Feel free to say your side of the story show, since far has given his side. The only things current solid evidence that I have (screenshots) can prove is that intence threatened to kill show (he confessed). Both sides are sort at fault (although intence seems to have gone further) As far as show's hitting on intence's girlfriend and insubordination towards far: This is horrible, but it does not mean (to intence) you should threaten the life of someone and (to far) give suggestions on what gun to use. The correct avenue would have been to just mute showtime and leave it at that.

Show did not threaten intence, it was the other way around. Show continued to HIT ON his girlfriend. When i said "kill" i meant "call" Typeing on the Vita is not easy to do.

Why is far banned!?

I involved myself in the situation when i should not have. We apologize if you took any of what was said as an actual threat. We meant nothing concerning your physical safety nor hacking in anyway.

OK here are the offenses I can gather:

Showtime:
Hitting on the girlfriend of another player (even if he didn't mean it seriously)
Trying to mislead me by leaving out an important fact of the situation

Intence_Pickle:
Threatening to get the IP of Showtime, then track him down, then murder him
Committing a crime that is considered a felony in the United States

Farquor:
Giving a suggestion on what gun to use to kill showtime with.

Darkangle:
Completely innocent


Resolution:
Intence_Pickle will be banned for 2 weeks (even though I personally don't want him unbanned at all, but I'd hate to see a divided staff even more) This ban will count towards the 2 strike system
Farquor will be banned for 1 week
Showtime will not have any punishment as his offense was not nearly as bad as what the other side did. However, be warned that leaving out facts on an important issue is just like lying to staff.
